DE VALERA PRESIDENT. (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, March 9. The Bail Eirrnn has re-assembled. Air Frank Fahey (Fianna Failitt, from Galway) was elected speaker by 78 to 71 votes. Do Valera was elected President by 81 to 68 votes. DEPUTIES TAKE OATH. LONDON, Afarch 9. Tn view of to-day’s meeting of the Hail, practically all tin- Republican Deputies have taken the oath of allegiance. Air Be Valera met a deputation from the Labour Party, and it is believed .some sort of bargain was struck.
