PIUNCE OF WALES PRESIDES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, March 8. The Prince of AVales presided over a meeting to-day to consider the furtiicr development of the Anglo-Spnnish and Spanish-American Institute, with a view to the inclusion of Brazil within the scope of the Institute’s activities. It was decided that it should he known in future ats the “Ibero-Ameri-can” Institute of Great Britain, and that its function should be to promote a fuller knowledge, better acquaintance and closer association, tween Groat Britian and the countries of “Tbero-Ameriea.” 1 On the proposal of the Prince, Philip Guedalln was appointed honorary director, and Brigadier General Sir Arthur Alaxwell, honorary treasurer, of the Institute.
