SELLING PALATIAL OFFICES'. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, The “Daily Express” says a magnificent new building on the London Embankment, of nine storeys, intended to be the headquarters of the Imperial International Cominunisations, will be sold. The Directors of 'lmperial Cables announce that the decision is due to the adverse effect of the world crisis, entailing’ drastic readjustment of their arrangements.
