OLD LADY’S FATAL INJURIES

MASTER,TON, March 6.
Ail elderly woman, Sarah Shaw, aged 73 years, wife of Thomas Shaw, of Grey town, tanner, was knocked down by a motor cycle, ridden by Ralph John Staples of Mastertnn, on the main (! icy town road, shortly alter 11 o clock on Saturday night. Herbert White cl Wellington was on the pillion seat of (he cycle. Mrs Shaw sustained a broken leg and arm, and subsequently died at midnight from the shock, at her residence. Deceased was apparently confused by the light ol the cycle, \\ hich was proceeding on the correct side, and she walked right into it.
