ROSS NEWS
The election to fill the vacancy on the Ross Borough Council caused by the retirement of Mr J. Thomson took place on Wednessday, and resulted in the election of Mr H. Osmers, the voting being as follows: H. Osmers, 130; R. J. Scott, 68.
