STATE OF SEIZE
CONTROL OF HELSINGFORS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.-Copyright.) LONDON, March 1. Helsingfors is controlled by ' the military, and virtually, is in a state of seize, as a precaution against the advance of Lappi'st Fascists, who are attracting many adherents in the country. They detest Communism and fear their nearness to Russia, from where refugees frequently arrive with descriptions of the crushing ol small land owners under Soviet vole.
