OWNER LEAVING TRAINER. (By Telegraph—ter Tress Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 29. In a telegram on Saturday it was stated that a Trentham trainer, H. B. Lorigan, had severed his connection with the owner, Air R. J. Murphy. -The “Evening Post” has been asked to state that Murphy, who is making-arrangements for training all his horses ;n Christchurch, notified Lorigan of his decision, and that the changed plans were discussed in a friendly spirit.
