DIVORCE IN SPAIN
■ BILL APPROVED. '.MADRID, February 25. The Chamber has. approved of the •first Divorce Bill Spain has ever had. It established the principle that marriage is based on -equal rights and affirms it dissolvable by mutual roiisem or request of either party if just cause is shown. Fathers must maintain children born in or out of wedlock. There is no distinction between legitimate and illegitimate children.
