The debate was suspended and Herr Goebels excluded from the ClialT.'her for the remainder of the day. The Ri gilt Chamber passed a vote of confidence’ by 309 to 232. Socialist Blum attacked the Government when the Nationalist Military Deputy shouted : “You advocate Germany.” Socialists protested and an upio.ii ensued for lift,- en minutes. Deputies ol the Right ami Left fought fiercely on the Hour of tile House. Collars, shirts and coats were torn. Some cmeiged with black evcv-, others with bleeding noses, m.-u'.y needing medical atteiiI ion.
