DECRiBES STiORT SESSION. “SENSELESS WASTE OF TIME.” (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 23. In 'the course of an interview last night, Mr H. Holland, Leader of the-Op-position, characterised the opening session of Parliament before the Government decided upon its economy policy, as “a senseless waste of time and money for the greater part of a fortnight.” Mr Holland added that interference with ahe agreements and awards, as well as wholesale dismissals and wage cuts 'would be resisted by Labour members to limits afforded by form s of Parliament. He declined to discuss the possibility of a no-ro'itidence amendment to the Adas the caucus of the Party was to be held this morning to determine the attitude of the party during the session.
