DECRiBES STiORT SESSION. “SENSELESS WASTE OF TIME.” (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 23. In 'the course of an interview last night, Mr H. He declined to discuss the possibility of a no-ro'itidence amendment to the Adas the caucus of the Party was to be held this morning to determine the attitude of the party during the session.
