MEESKE HEADLOCKS REFEREE
(Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, Feb. 21. The wrestlers. Browning and Meeske, created anoTaer diversion at the Leichardt Stadium last -night. In the second round, both Meeske’s head and Browning became eritanged in the ropes. The referee, Mr McMasters, then went to assist Meeske, who, however, resenting his intrusion, headlocke-d him. The audience rocked with delight as the refeiee tried to free 'himself, and a corner man, who rushfed in to assist, was promptly stern-kicked to his place by MckVlaSteis. The fourth round wa s one of a scratch, bite and kick. At the end of the sixth round, each man had scored one fall, but the decjs ; on was awarded to Meeske.
