SALVATION ARMY PROPERTY.

WELLINGTON, February 17
All Salvation Army property in New Zealand will in future be handled- by a newly-formed Trust Board, comprising Commissioner Cunningham, Colonel Taylor (Chief Secretary), Lieutenant Colonel Burton (Field Secretary), Lt, Col. Hamilton (Financial Secretary), and Brigadier Scotnev (Property Secretary). One of the results of the formation of the new Board will be the obviating of a transfer, at very considerable expense, oil Army properties from tlm name of one General to another, said an Army official to-night.
