Having declared his intention of shooting rabbits, James Douglas McKenzie, single, 24, a carpenter, unemployed, left his home with a pea ride yesterday afternoon and had not returned at dark. A search was instituted and his body was found near a wire fence, shot through the heart at short range. Presumably the rifle discharged when deceased was climbing through the fence.
