BIG DECREASE IN TAKINGS. (By Teleyraph—Per Press Association) HAWERA, February 4. The Egmont Racing Club’s Jubilee meeting was concluded to day in fine weather before a moderate attendance. The track was in ideal conditions. liie tote handled £5,554, as compared with £9,852 for the second day last year, making a total for the two days of £11,698 in comparison to £20,128* last year.
