A new move to dismiss the indictment in the Fortesciie case was made with the filing of a supplementary motion hv the defence to-day, directing to tin* Grand Jury Foreman's action in note permitting the Grand Jury to nsk tho County .Attorney to draw up an indictment for manslaughter, instead of one for murder. The defeme, late to dav. entered a motion io admit tin* defendants 1° hail, which motion will he heard tomorrow. *

Judge Crist v refused lo admit Ihe Eortesque defendants to bail, unless the Secretary of the Navy guaranteed their appearance in Court when required. Defendants reserved I heir plea until Monday.
