Air Davis, with Mr Crofton and other Agna Caliente Jockey Club officials, as well as a large crowd, were present when Pliar Lap was unloaded and taken to (lie stables, where extra guards were placed on duty immediately. A load of special feed, brought from Australia, accompanied the horse.
