He reverses the order in his new Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer picture, ‘ ‘The,' Man in Possession,’ ’ now at the Princess Theatre for two nights. For in. this picture Montgomery emerges from gaol iu the opening scene. "* to 'get him' out of the country that starts the complications of the plot, which finally end in a number of hilarious situations, when Montgomery poses as a butler in the home of the attractive but penniless widow who is trying-to marry his brother for money. Sam' Wood directed the Metro-Gold-wyn-Mayer production, which was adapted from the Broadway stage success of H. M. Harwood. Charlotte Greenwood has a featured supporting role as a Cockney maid who gets into all sorts of difficulties with the fresh butler.
