Dr Andrew is a graduate of tlk Otago 'School of LMines, with a notabh scholastic caved', and wide experience in all parts of the world. He carried out a mineral survey of the Xyasahun! 'Protectorate for the Colonial Office from 1906 to 1909. For 14 years he was with the Shell Oil Group in Europe, the Hast Indies, and Amercin. He also has had experience in South America, New Zealand, and Egypt. |)r Andrew was selected out ot 1 applicants. He is 50 years of age, and was born in the Gatlins River district of South Otago. He was educated at Dunedin at the Otago Rovs 'High School and the University of Otago, and at Birmingham University.
