Coloiiei Esson was formerly Secretary to the Treasury, and was a member of tne Economic Commission ano the Uniformity Conuuission. He was Chairman of the Rural Intermediate Credits Board, and was the first Chairman of the Government Railways Board.

Mr Gri!!in is a member of the firm of .Messrs Clark, Alciizies, Grilli.ii and

floss, accountants, of Wellington;. Air Gridin was the President of the New Zealand Society of Accountants in 11129. For tin* past 18 months he has heen representing the New Zealand Sorv'ety of Accountants on the Committee, which is revising the Companies, Act.

Mr Macintosh is well-known throughout Australia and New Zealand as a hanker. He was General Manager ol the Rank of New Zealand from Illl.J to IPttti, and was subsequently President of the Savings Rank Commissioners of New South Wales. On returning to New Zealand he became Superintendent in the Dominion for Dalgety am| Coy., retiring in .1 DIG.
