JUDGE ADMONISHES JURORS. (United Press Association. —By ElectricTelegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 11.15 a.m.) HONOLULU, January 26. A*s the * ‘UuTy re-assembled, Judge Cristy revealed that the body to-day presented a report which the Judge refused to accept. The Judge issued itew instructions admonishing the grand jurors to put aside personal prejudice which had hitherto interfered in the- voting on indictment in the Fortesque trial.
