The case of Mrs Eortescue and others. held for the lynching of a young Japanese, awaits tlio Grand Jury's meeting on Tuesday. The Jury menus again then after having failed to reach a decision. after examining thirty-two witnesses, and deliberating three hours whether to bring the defendants to trial. These proceedings have been secret, under the American law, and nothing will bo announced before Tuesday. „
