BRUENING UNABLE TO CONSENT.

(Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, January 21. The “Times” Berlin correspondent states that Rum bold asked Bruening whether Germany would agree to a prolongation of the Hoover 'Moratorium until June 30th, 1933. Bruening replied that it was impossible to consent to any proposal for prolonging owing to general uncertainty.
