WEDDING BELLS
LINDSAY HOPKINS. A quiet but pretty wedding was solemnised at All Saints Church, Hokitika, on Thursday the 7th instant, when Violet Constance, fourth daughter of the late Mr Hopkins and Airs Hopkins formerly of Greymouth, was married to William Arthur, youngest son of Mr and Mrs A. Lindsay, Dunedin, The Rev. H. AY. Knights officiated. The bridge who was given away by her cousin. Air S, Aluirhead, looked charm, ing in a sleeveless, ankle-length frock of pink erope-de-chine with coatee of the same material, with felt hat and shoes to tone and carried a bouquet of sweep peas. She was attended by Aliss Lilias Staines, who wore an anklelength frock of blue erepe-de-chine. blue satin shoes and hat of fawn straw. She carried a posy of yellow and blue violas. Mr H. Thiele was best man. After tlu' ceremony a reception was held at- the residence of Mrs T. Hanrahan. who received her guests wear:tin a frock of floral crepe-de-cliine with green felt bat. Later, when Mr and Airs Lindsay left on their honeymoon, I In* bride was wearing a brown maitialino frock, brown tailored coat and hat and shoe.- t,o tone.
