GOLDEN WEDDING

Quite a number of friends gathered at the residence of Mr and Mrs William Folley, “Plvmpton”, Park Street, on Tuesday afternoon, the occasion being the celebration of their Golden Wedding. A pleasant afternoon was spent recalling memories of old times, and congratulatory telegrams were received from friends locally and from various parts of the Dominion. Mr and Mrs Alf. Folley were also present for the event, and alter an enjoyable time the proceedings concluded with the singing of Auld Lang Syne.
