Messrs Sclimelliiig and Walker will sign their articles on Thursday for a fifteen-round title mutch at Miami (Florida), on February 25th. Jimmy Johnston, boxing director of Madison Square Garden, announced today, that although the match was considered a certainty for some days, .Jack Kearns, Walker’s manager, did not agree to the terms till to-day. Johnston said that Schmelling would £ ,!t forty per cent of the gate and Walker fifteen per cent. Johnston estimated that the receipts would approach a quarter of a million dollars.
