MANOEUVRES IN ATLANTIC. (British tiff rial Wireless.) RUGBY, January 6. 'Plie ships oi tile Atlantic fleet are to-day and to-morrow leaving Portsmouth, Chatham and Detoiiport to concentrate for the spring exercises For reasons ol economy their cruise is being somewhat curtailed. Ibe ships will return to England in the middle of .March, a lortmglif earlier than usual. Exercises will he carried out while the Elect is proceeding south towards Gibraltar, and in a few days, a detachment consisting of the Hood, Repulse, Dorsetshire, Norlolk, Exeter and York, under Rear-Admiral Tomkinson. wi.l leave the .Main Elect on a visit to the British West Indies,
