DOMINION STATUS
WELSH PARTY’S DEMAND. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, January 3. The Executive of -the Wei'sh National Party has drawn up a programme demanding full Dominion status for Wales, with a Welsh-speaking Welshman as Governor; and a separate customs system, special representation on the League of Nations, and the repeal of the English annexation of Monmouthshire.
