Chinchow occupation is being accomplished and Chinese regulars have withdrawn from Manchuria. It is reported Japanese troops are ordered to withdraw to Mukden and also a brigade is returning to Korea. WATERMEN STRIKE. LONDON, Jan. 3. Refusing to agree to wage cuts. Thames watermen have decided to strike which it is feared will paralyse the loading and unloading of ships on Monday.
