FALL FROM SWING. By Telegraph—Per Press Association) CHIRRISTCHURCH, January 2. Eric Bodger, a boy, aged seven years, of Matheson’s Road, fell and broke a thigh when playing on the swings in the Gardens early yesteiday afternoon. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital, his condition last evening being reported to be satisfactory. BURNS FROM FIREWORKS. CHIRR ISTCHURCH, January 2. GISBORNE, December 31. Miss Elina Pasley, a librarian, was picked up unconscious - , near her home last evening suffering from concussion and abrasions, having boon thrown from her bicycle, apparently by a collision with a passing vehicle. She was removed to hospital.
