KOREAN TROOPS ARRIVE. CLASH CONSIDERED INEVITABLE. TOKYO, December 28. A mixed brigade from Korea to-day reinforced the troops in Manchuria, engaged in eradicating bandits at present ravaging the country. The Government declared that there was no intention to drive out the Chinese regular army from Chinebow, but. unless they cease instigation in supporting the bandits, a clash is considered eventually to be inevitable.
