APPROACHING END OF LONG TOW. WELLINGTON, December 23.. The Wellington Harbour Board has received a further wireless message sent at noon to-day from Captain Hart, of the tug Zwarte Zee, who is in charge of the towing operations, stating that the dock was then , north 39, west 92 miles from Farewell Spit. The message also stated that the tugs were not making such good. Progress as they had been. The Zwarte Zee is to proceed to Nelson for bunkers. Unless/unfavourable weather causes further delay the dock is ' expected to reach Wellington on Sunday on Monday morning..
