FATALITIES. ELDERLY CYCLIST KILLED. (By Telegraph—Per Pres* Association) DUNEDIN, December 23. When riding a bicycle down Cumberland Street this afternoon, William Powell aged 63, a bricklayer, collided with a tramcar at a High Street corner and was admitted to the hospital, where he died a few minutes later. The deceased was married, with a gro\'vn-up family.' CRICKET TOURS. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. Jf4. Mr W. H. Winsor, Secretary of the New Zealand Cricket Council, left fo r Australia yesterday. He intends to complete arrangements with the Manager of the South Africans concerning the New Zealand tour and also to interview the Australian Board of control regarding future Autralian tours.
