TAXI PASSENGER DIES. (By Telegraph — Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 23. Admitted to the hospital last night, suffering from internal injuries, Mrs C. J. Elliott, a passenger in one of the taxis which collided at Wellington. South on Monday night, died this morning. .
