OBITUARY
STEAD M’CONACHY. TIMjARU, December 21. There died at his residence, Harper Street, last evening, Mr Stead M’Conaehy, a brother of Mr Clark M’Conachv the famous billiards player, and a resi- ' dent of Tiniarii for many years. Mr I M.’C'onachy ImTl been a clarinet player J in the Tinxiru Orchestral Society for twenty yeafs. Another brother of Mr M’Connelly is Mr Reese M’Connchy, a well-known violinist. Mr M’Conaehy was the second son of Mr and Mrs Peter M’Gcnacliy and was horn thirty-eight years ago at Glenorehy. Me was educated at the I imam Main School. His profession "’as that of a dental mechanic and. in the early years of the war,, he was sergeant-major
in charge of the Trentham Dental Corps. He twice went Home on hospital ships and later visited England as manager for his brother., Mr Clark If Connelly.
