RETAIL PRICE LEVEL
ENGLAND’S COST OF LIVING. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, December 17. The Ministry of Labour reports that on December 1 the average level of retail prices was approximately 48 per cent above the level of July, IDI4, as compared with 46 per cent a month earlier, and 35 per cent a year earlier.
