COMPANY’S DIVIDEND

At the first, and only, ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the New Zealand Cricket Ltd., it was Rcci-ded It hint ithe Company be wound 'up voluntarily. In moving the adoption of the report and balance sheet, Mr A, T. Donnelly said that there was no doubt that in a .season of normal weather a handsome profit would have been shown on the New Zealand team's tour. As it was the loss of £1461 ; 5s Id was being reimbursed by the Cricket Council, together with interest to the shareholders at six per cent.
Appreciation was expressed of ' Mr Donnelly’s services as Chairman ol' Directors.
lit was announced that each shareholder would receive a souvenir of the tour in the shape of a card bearing a photograph of the team with the averages and statistics of the tour. ■
