IN FAVOUR OF DEFENDANT. ’EDMONDS LTD. V SELF HELP LTD. (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, 'December 17. Judge Adams gave reserved judgment in favour of Self Help Ltd:, the defendant in the case where Edmonds Ltd. sought injunction restraining defendant from allegedly infringing plaintiff’s trademark. The case was heard in November 123rdThe Judge said “I have examined tins and labels, together, and independently of each other, and am satisfied beyond any doubt that, while there are minor resemblances, the striking differences as to colour and appearance generally are so obvious that no reasonable 'person could be deceived.”
