BODY FOUND.
INI HARBOUR. WEIjLINGTON, December 17. The badly decomposed, body of a-maii was found in th© harbours this morning near the rowing sheds and had evidently been in the water for a considerable' tirrie. There was. no clothing, except a pair of boots, by which identification can be made.
