CREDIT POSITION IMPROVES
LONDON, December 15
■lt is learned authoritatively that despite the accumulation of credits in London, there is every probability that the Commonwealth Treasury Bonds wifi be renewed from January 1.
It is pointed out that, though credits are building up owing to the satisfactory balance .of trade, the accumulation by December 31st is hardly likely to be sufficient to repay capita), a' well as meet- the . -Commonwealth's large interest liabilities, In the event of renewal, the bill? will, most likely cost a little over seven per cent.
