HELD OYER WOOL. CAMPAIGN TO DISCREDIT IT. (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) MASTKRTOX, December 16. Strong protests against what some of them described as unfair propaganda, intended to depress the value of the hekl-overs wool were made by members of the Wairarapa Farmers’ Union at the Union meeting to-day. The following resolution was passed : —- That, a s there is an unreasonable disparity between the prices of the old and new season’s wool,, the Dominion Executive of the Union be asked to make the fullest enquiry, and investigate into the problem or the he Idover wool.”
