NO WORK, NO FOOD
SOVIET ISSUES NEW ORDER. [United Press Association.— By Electrlo '• Telegraph .—Copyright. ] RIGA, December 16. “No work, no food" is the substance of a new order issued by the Soviet Commissariat of Agriculture, stating that every able-bodied man, woman and child in the Soviet cotton districts in Central Asia must work in the cotton fields. ‘ Other food will he distributed strictly according to the amount of work done.
