SIXTY DISMISSALS
main trunk railway. (By Telegraph—l’er Press Association, STRATFORD, December 10. About 60 single men employed on the Stratford Alain Trunk. railway, have been given notice oi dismissa , take effect on December 19th. It is an indication that the construction work is nearing completion. Besides the tunnel contract, wind keens 20 men gcir.g; there is nothing to do beyond small fillings and cleaning up.
