AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT RESTORATION OF MONARCHY. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright, i TOKYO, December 4. It is reported unconfirmedly, that Chinese' forces are advancing on Mukden from Chin Chow. SHANGHAI, December 4. A Mukden message to-day strengthens the rumour of the impending restoration of the monarchy of Manchuria by the re-enthronement of the. former •Eruptror l’uyi, lately known, as plain Air Henry Puvi. Puyi is reported already to be creating order and nobility, and Yu Cunchan, a member of the local Peace Preservation Committee has been created a Duke, while other members also will receive similar titles.
