Since the abolition of private motor buses in the Sydney metropolitan area, the Government tramways revenue has increased by eighteen hundred sterling per day, equal approximately to £650,000 per annum. N.vS.W., LOTTERY TICKETS. SYDNEY, November 30. Mr Justice Street decided that Rufe Naylor is not liable to- prosecixti 0 n under the Gaming Laws for his dealings m State Lotteiy tickets, which he had been purchasing in bulk form, and disposing of them of community syndicates, a s cabled on November 4th. The Judge held that Naylor had a perfect right to dispose of the lottery tickets a s lie would any other property to which, he had a title.
