prosecution dropped. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, November 25. Tim Crown has entered a nolle prosequi against Philip James Mond and William Victor Cunningham, who were charged with a conspiracy to defraud persons desirous of becoming shareholders in the Britannia Bank, Limited.
