MOSCOW TO DISSOLVE IT. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.; BERLIN, November 25. Affirming that Moscow had placed a million and a-half gold roubles at the disposal of English Communists during the general election, the newpaper “Germania” states: “‘The Executive of the Comintern has decided upon the disbandment of the Communist Party in Britain, which has shown itself to be incapable of utilising a favourable internal situation for tne furtherance of Communism.”
