WOODSTOCK BALL

The anniversary ball held in Woodstock Hall bn Wednesday last pfoded enjoyable and successful though the attendance was not .as large as usual. The following n’ght (Thursday) the juvenile fancy dress ball was and proved a great success, there being a large attendance and many fancy dresses. Mr and Mrs A. Perry judged the costumes and their awards were as follows :—■

Original:—Girls: Ist, L. Screen, Chicken ; 2nd C. Griffiths, Easter Egg. Best Dressed Boys:—lst T. Nancekivell, Napoleon; 2nd T. Wells, Kiltie.

Best Heiressed Girls:—lst L. Willoughby, Doll in Box; 2nd W. Heenan, Dolly Yardon.

Special's:—L. Hagar (bridesmaid). J. iCarson ’(umbrella), 0. Wells (Page), H. (Keenan ’(Night), A. Stoop (Rain Bov;), K. Willoughby (Little Boy Blue), N. and T. Willoughby (Bride and Groom), A.
