FINAL PLENARY SITTING. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, November 20. The final plenary sifting will be held on 27th. November enabling delegates including Gandhi to return home on 4th. December. There is now only a prospect that the Indian Conference whole upshot is likely to be provincial autonomy. Then later, a general conference will be held after the Provincal Legislatures have settled down and appointed delegates. There is a general disbelief of the possibility of settling the communal question. The Australian press representative veliably understands that General Smuts appearance on the scene is not in the role of arbitrator of HinduMahommedan difficulties, but rather to help Mr MacDonald in the dilemma with Gandhi on the one hand, and tfte Conservatives on the other. Gandhi spent three hours on Tuesday in a discussion with Mr Lloyd George
