RURAL INTERMEDIATE CREDITS WELLINGTON, November 18.
At the. monthly meeting of Itlie Rural Intermediate Credit Board, the Commissioner presented a return of the arrears of interest and of instalments as at September 13th. The po'silt.ion shown was particularly gratifying, especially as the arrears of interest 1 disclosed were comparatively negligible. The arrears of principal instalments, however, had increased slightly since the last return presented, but now that the production season had commenced, it is anticipated that these will be gradually reduced, while the arrears of interest should be greatly eliminated.
