WELLINGTON, November 18

.Robert .Morton Forster, was arrested yesterday and charged at the Magistrate's Court with obtaining board and lodging to the value of £2 thirteen years ago at Masterton, by giving a valueless cheque and receiving 10s in change. He has been in Wellington for some time running a small agency business. He was admitted to probation for twelve months, and ordered to make restitution .
